Course approved by All India Council of Technical Education & Council of Architecture, New Delhi.
Eligibility for Admission to First Year Bachelor of Architecture:
Maharashtra state candidature candidate, All India Candidature Candidate, Jammu and Kashmir Migrant Candidates:
(i) Candidate should be an Indian National.
(ii) Passed an examination at the end of the 10+2 scheme of examination with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics or as declared by the appropriate authority, from time to time
OR
(ii) Passed (10+3) Full time Diploma examination recognized by All India Council for Technical Education or Central or State Government or its equivalent examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject or as declared by the appropriate authority, from time to time.
(iii) Candidate should have appeared and qualified National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by the Council of Architecture via websitewww.nata.inor as declared by the appropriate authority, from time to time.

Admission Rules:
Admission for 51% seats (reserved for Minority)
80% admission is through registration to Centralized Admission Process (CAP) by DTE Maharashtra via website cetcell.mahacet.org
20% admission is conducted at the College level as per inter-se merit of the applications received from eligible candidates, provided they are already registered with the DTE-CAP.

Fee Structure:

As prescribed by the Government of Maharashtra and Fee regulatory Authority from time to time.
